Sole Proprietorship / Individual

  1. PAN card of the proprietor.

  2. Aadhaar Card the proprietor.

  3. Passport size photo of the sole proprietor.

  4. Registered Office Address proof:-

    • Self-owned property – Copy of electricity bill, landline bill, water bill, municipal license copy, property tax receipt.

    • Rented property – Rent agreement and No objection certificate (NOC) from the owner of the rented property, Municipal license copy, Property tax receipt.

  1. PAN card of all partners (including managing partners and authorized signatory)

  2. Copy of partnership deed / Incorporation Certificate

  3. Photograph of all partners and authorized signatories (in JPEG format)

  4. Address proof of all partners (Passport, driving license, Voters identity card, Aadhar card, etc.)

  5. Aadhar card of authorized signatory

  6. Proof of appointment of authorized signatory (Letter of authorization/ copy of resolution)

  7. In the case of LLP, registration certificate / Board resolution of LLP

  8. Registered Office Address proof:-

    • Self-owned property – Copy of electricity bill, landline bill, water bill, municipal license copy, property tax receipt.
